The couple first went public in May at RPM Restaurant in Chicago, owned by Giuliana and Bill Rancic. McCarthy, a native Chicagoian moved back to Chicago from LA. The Playboy cover model told OK! Urlacher is not only recovering from a broken heart but underwent arthroscopic surgery on his left knee on Monday. He expects to be ready for the September 9 opener. Urlacher, who previously dated Paris Hilton, has until then to find his next jersey chaser.
