I ran the half-marathon and finished with a time of 2:26! The winner of the marathon was Jordan Desilets of Pickney, Michigan. Desilets finished with a time of 2:28:30… I beat Desilets by two minutes, although he did run twice as much. Desilets is a former Eastern Michigan University track runner and won the NCAA Division I 3,000-meter steeplechase in 2004. This is Desilets first marathon. Congrats to all the runners!
