Despite previous concerns that the no player-owner contact rule would prevent the Nets from attending the jersey chasing wedding of the century, all players and team personnel got the OK to go Saturday’s nuptials.

The Nets made the cut, after the bride-to-be had to disinvite 50 guests at the last minute because of over crowding. The fire department deemed the venue unsafe with guests, TV equipment and production crew on location. E! is filming the Kardashian-Humphries wedding in a four hour-two part TV special.

Other sports celebrities who made the guest-list are Venus and Serena Williams, Carmelo Anthony (Mr. La La Vazquez) and brother-in-law Lamar Odom. However, it appears as though Reggie Bush’s invite was lost in the mail!
