The couple, who have been dating for three years, confirmed the news to People, “They care about each other and it was amicable,” says a source. “They’re still friends.” The breakup comes just a month after the very private pair spoke about their relationship in the HBO documentary on Jeter’s 3,000th hit. In Derek Jeter 3K, Kelly joked about baseball IQ, “I didn’t know the difference between a run and a homerun.” Talk about a curveball! While Kelly has become a regular fixture at Yankees Stadium, her schedule has kept her busy as she films the new Charlies Angels series down in Miami.
Castillo started his tenure with the Yankees when he was just 14 but later served as a clubhouse assistant. Though a committed man now to our Jersey Chaser of the Month, Jeter used his trainer to pick up woman in New York night clubs. “.He would ask the trainer to go up to the woman and tell her that Derek Jeter wanted to talk with her.
While Castillo didn’t rearrange booty calls for Jeter, he did have to lay out clothes and put toothpaste on his toothbrush for Alex Rodriguez.

“Jeter and some of the other guys were terrific tippers. Roger Clemens gave me $3,000 at the end of the year. Posada gave me $7,000. A-Rod might come in with $1,400. Sure, it’s still a sizable amount, but when he found out that other players were tipping higher, he had to imitate them, and he bumped his tips up.” Castillo said. “He had to make sure he was the best tipper in the league. He even tipped me $100 a week to make sure there was a creatine shake waiting for him after each home game.”

Wonder if Cameron Diaz has to make his creatine shake now?

Yankees third baseman Alex Rodriguez is said to be outraged he was shown being fed popcorn by his girlfriend and our July Jersey Chaser Cameron Diaz during the Super Bowl.

After Rodriguez was shown being “whipped” by his girlfriend to more than the 111 million people watching the game, the pinstripe slugger went “ballistic” and refused for Fox to show anymore shots of him and Diaz watching the game. Despite the live game with many celebrities in attendance, Rodriguez felt he was set up by the Fox camera crew…. this coming from a guy with a centaur portrait of him hanging in his house.

Way to go Yankees fans! Future Hall-of-Famer Cliff Lee turned down a six-year $132 million contract from the New York Yankees to take between $34-50 million less by singing with the Philadelphia Phillies. The reason? Kristen Lee was outspoken about the incident. Back in October she told the Huffington Post: “The fans did not do good things in my heart.
