The “secret” meetings are so Parker and Longoria can talk about their divorce in a neutral and nonconfrontational setting.

Things could get messy, last week Parker’s divorce attorney quit. Parker filed for divorce in Texas just days after Longoria filed for divorce in Los Angeles on November 17. Although the couple has a prenup, Longoria filed for spousal support. Parker is accused of having an affair with Erin Barry, the wife of Parker’s former teammate Brent Barry… remember Tony, you are what you eat!

According to TMZ, Parker hired high profile divorce attorney Richard Orisnger out of San Antonio. Orisnger is also representing Erin Barry, who is getting a divorce from Parker’s former teammate Brent Barry.

While she didn’t hoe herself out on the pages of InTouch, Erin Barry instead took to Facebook page and wrote this response:

“I DID NOT HAVE AN AFFAIR WITH TONY PARKER, nor did I “pursue” Tony Parker. Unfortunately, because our divorces are occurring at the same time, great speculation has been cast on our friendship. My friendship with Tony Parker had nothing to do with the end of my marriage (which is painful enough without this added drama), and to assume that we had an affair is naïve, ridiculous, and completely misguided.”

Longoria and Parker were spotted having lunch in LA on Wednesday. Eva maybe willing to forgive her husband, but we’re not buying it Erin… you call hundreds of text messages with a married man a friendship? Maybe her and Angelina Jolie can go have lunch… #TEAMEVA #TEAMANISTON

The Hollywood beauty is really learning what being a desperate housewife is all about after she discovered hundreds of text messages between Parker and Erin Barry. The couple married back in 2007 on a day that was supposed to bring good luck on 7/7/07.

While Longoria may be an ex-jersey chaser, we highly doubt she will have any trouble getting back into the game.

During this difficult time, Longoria has leaned on friend and fellow jersey chaser Victoria Bekcham. The former Spice Girl who is married to David Beckham has even invited Longoria to spend the holidays with her and her family to keep her mind off of things.

Longoria filed for divorce in Los Angeles on Monday, and now that Parker has filed himself has set up a legal battle over where the case will be heard. The couple married in France on July 7, 2007.

Originally, the couple signed a prenup but revised it in 2009. According to  TMZ, Parker language in his divorce papers conflicts reports of a prenup. In the divorce document Parker wrote, “Petitioner believes Petitioner and Respondent will enter into an agreement for the division of their estates.”

Before the sexting allegations broke, Erin Barry, Eva Longoria, and Tony Parker were in a remake of the Grease song Summer Nights. The video was for a San Antonio Spurs promo for the 2009 NBA season. In the video, Longoria played Sandy and Parker played Danny Zuko. Playing the park of jealous girl with an attitude Rizo is Erin Barry. Erin Barry has not left her house since Wednesday because of the paparazzi frendzie. According to the San Antonio Dispatch, police have been called to the Terrell Hills home to keep everything under control. Erin Barry and her ex-husband and Parker’s former San Antonio Spurs teammate Brent Barry have owned the home since 2004, and it is valued at $2 million.

Erin Barry is currently in law school at St. Mary’s in San Antonio. While Erin Barry was in class on Wednesday, she did not go to class yesterday. Erin Barry has shown interest in the law field before. She helped write Senate Bill 6 to help reform Child Protective Services.

Someone commented on the Washington Post’s coverage of the Parker Longoria divorce saying, “I go to law school w/Erin Barry. She seemed like a very nice lady, given we’ve only talked a few times, but very intelligent and personable.”

St. Mary’s semester finals being on November 30 and run through December 10…. so it looks like she is going to be leaving her house soon!
