First, the Saints won the Superbowl when Reggie Bush was dating Kim Kardashian, now, Khloe Kardashian’s husband Lamar Odom won an NBA Championship with the Lakers.
It appears as if dating a Kardashian means you are winning a championship, and Denver Nuggets Ty Lawson has taken notice. The rookie superstar Tweeted: “I hear if u hit a kardashian i win a championship.. kim k holla me!!! I need ya for 17 min.”
In Lawson’s next Tweet, he said: “I’ll take one for the team lol… If miles Austin miles or wateva his name is win a chip next ye… Then thins is amazing.”
Kim Kardashian has been linked to Dallas Cowboys Miles Austin. Hopefully Kim brings better luck to the Cowboys than Jessica Simpson did!
Last night the LA Lakers beat the Boston Celtics 83-79 in a close Game 7 matchup. It is the sixteenth championship the Lakers have won, not to mention a back-to-back title. Kobe Bryant took home his second straight Finals MVP, but Lakers coach Phil Jackson, who won his 11th title, said the MVP of the night went to Ron Artest. Artest helped the Lakers come back from a 13-point deficit and scored 20 pts.
The night was not just about the players but the jersey chasers too! Lamar Odom’s wife, Khloe Kardashian took to her blog saying:
“When the team was presented with their Championship t-shirts, hats and trophy, I was literally bursting with pride. I even cried of happiness. Seeing that huge smile on Lamar’s face seriously melted me — I will never forget that moment! It’s embedded in my mind forever and I am so grateful for this experience. The people, the confetti, the screams, the tears of joy! Such an amazing feeling.”
Trautr.com handed out over 5,000 Khloe Kardashian masks to Celtics fans, but it was not enough to knock the Lakers off their game. LA took Game 3 winning 91-84 as they lead the series 2-1.
After lackluster performances in Games 1 and 2, Kardashian’s husband Lamar Odom had his best performance of the Finals with 12 pts and went 5-5 from the field.
Before the NBA Finals, Odom revealed he was worried about Boston fans’ hostility and did not want his wife attending games in Boston. Despite the 5,000 Khloe Kardashian masks, the real Kardashian was in NY who appeared on Letterman to promote her upcoming E! Reality series, “Khloe and Kourtney Take Miami.”

The Phoenix Suns are proving to be a bigger bump in the road for the LA Lakers than expected. The Western conference series is going to Game 6 with the Lakers leading the series 3-2. Los Angeles has the chance to close out the series on Saturday, but Lamar Odom has another bump to worry about… his wife’s bump.
Many are reporting that wife of seven months Khloe Kardashian is pregnant with the couple’s first child. In true Kardashian style, Khloe is shopping around the major gossip magazines to sell the pregnancy story once the playoffs are over.
