Is Lolo Jones making the transition to Winter Olympics? Jones competed in the women’s US bobsled push championships. Joining Jones were fellow Olympic runners Hyleas Fountain and Tianna Madison. The woman’s two-man bobsled team won bronze at the Vancouver Olympics, a feat Jones never accomplished in her two Lympic Games. The Olympics maybe over but Ryan Lochte never stops training. This time racing Prince Harry at Wynn hotel’s XS Nightclub in Vegas at 3am. Earlier this year, Prince Harry raced Usain Bolt when he visited Jamaica.
Jeff Demps won a Silver medal at the London Games and will now try and win a Super Bowl as he just signed with the New England Patriots. Demps had a successful football career at the University in Florida, but the 5’7″ runningback chose to focus on Olympic trials instead of entering the NFL Draft.
Demp’s silver medal and 2,470 career yards rushing and 23 touchdowns at University of Florida, caught the attention of NFL scouts. Demp’s agent Daniel Rose said: ”The NFL is about speed and there’s so much you can do with a guy like that if used correctly. He could be a kick returner, slot receiver, stuff like that. There’s gadget plays teams can come up with. If used correctly, he could definitely be a weapon.”
