After 11-years of jersey chasing, Vanessa Bryant is divorcing LA Laker Kobe Bryant. The reason for the split is said to be because of Kobe’s infidelity. Vanessa famously stood by her husband when he was accused of sexual assault in 2003. Vanessa first filed for divorce in November, but now that the divorce is finalized Vanessa will walk away with three of the couples houses and $75 million.
ESPN sideline reporter Samantha Steele is engaged to Minnesota Viking QB Christian Ponder earning her the honor of December 2012 Jersey Chaser of the Month.Steele and Ponder began dating at the begining of the NFL season and both had breakout years. Ponder claimed the starting job for the Vikings, while Steele was crowned ESPN’s new darling with the departure of Erin Andrews. The couple met on the College Game Day set. When asked about the relationship, Ponder said: “The cool thing is that obviously, we’re both at the same time, so we don’t get to see each other that much. But at least one person isn’t feeling guilty about not making the effort to do it or whatever. Then we kind of have the same schedule in the off season, so that’ll be good.” Share It
