Tampa Bay Rays Manager, Joe Maddon introduced a hot new look in the bullpen. The Rays will all wear matching plaid blazer for their west cost road trip, which Maddon nickednamed “bRAYSers” Maddon created a new team policy that all team personnel must work the word Rays into as many puns as possible. It must be working, since the Rays are in first place!
HBO is filming a reality series chronicling the New York Jets season. Jets head coach Rex Ryan has a bit of a potty mouth, and NFL coaching legend Tony Dungy is none too please. Dungy criticized Ryan for his foul mouth, in which Ryan took offense.
Dwyane Wade’s ex-wife and baby mama filed a lawsuit against Gabrielle Union, Wade’s new girlfriend. Slohvaughn Wade field a lawsuit claiming her children were left scarred when Union and Dwyane Wade engaged in foreplay in front of them. Slohvaughn and Wade were high school sweethearts and are in the midst of a bitter divorce. Union is an actress model best known for her roles in Friends and Bad Boys. This week, Slovaughn dropped the lawsuit, and Union is off the hook to jersey chase freely.
Retired NFL coach Jimmy Johnson is joining the newest season of Survivor. Johnson won two Super Bowls with the Dallas Cowboys and also coached the Miami Dolphins. Sources on set say Johnson tried out for the reality show three times before he was casted on Survivor: Nicaragua. Johnson also has worked as analysis for Fox Sports… so he isn’t camera shy
