Carmelo Anthony and Lala Vazquez were not the only celebrity sports couple to get married this weekend. American Idol winner Carrie Underwood married Ottawa Senator Mike Fisher. The couple tied the knot at the Ritz Carlton Reynolds Plantation in Greensboro, Georgia. Mr. and Mrs. Fisher have not released wedding pictures yet but reportedly sold them to People Magazine for $2 million. In the meantime, paparazzis caught the couple on their way to their honeymoon in Tahiti and Bora Bora.
After a brief stint with Smashing Pumpkins frontman Billy Corgan, Jessica Simpson has come out of jersey chasing retirement. Simpson is dating former NFL player Eric Johnson. The two have been publicly linked since June and celebrated Simpson’s 30th birthday aboard a yacht in Capri.
While Johnson is still legally married (he filed for divorce form his wife) that didn’t stop him from giving Simpson a birthday kiss.
Over the weekend Denver Nuggets superstar, Carmelo Anthony, and the former MTV VJ, Lala Vazquez, got married. The wedding was in New York where both Anthony and Vazquez are from, and 300 people attended. The couple have a son Klyan who was born in 2007. Congrats to the happy couple.
Last summer, when Kim Kardashian and Reggie Bush first broke up, it was reported that Kardashian had cheated on her Saints boyfriend with Kanye West. Now that Kardashian and Bush are officially over, Bush has been spotted with Kanye’s ex Amber Rose.
As pictures of the two have surfaced on the web, Kardashian has taken to her Twitter account. Kardashian Tweeted: “who cares,” while Amber replied with “I KNOW it burns Babygirl but u gotta let it burn. Stay Strong MA it’s gonna be aight ”
