A Penn State student was beat up when he decided to dress up a a Michigan Wolverine fan for Halloween. While the student dressed up in maize and blue to make fun of U of M, the joke was on him after he was jumped at Beaver Stadium. The victim was mistaken for a U of M fan and was beaten so badly he broke his nose. The Nittany Lions played the Wolverines this weekend and won 41-31… but I think the fan can chalk this one up as a loss!

ESPN sideline reporter Samantha Steele is engaged to Minnesota Viking QB Christian Ponder earning her the honor of December 2012 Jersey Chaser of the Month.Steele and Ponder began dating at the begining of the NFL season and both had breakout years. Ponder claimed the starting job for the Vikings, while Steele was crowned ESPN’s new darling with the departure of Erin Andrews. The couple met on the College Game Day set. When asked about the relationship, Ponder said: “The cool thing is that obviously, we’re both at the same time, so we don’t get to see each other that much. But at least one person isn’t feeling guilty about not making the effort to do it or whatever. Then we kind of have the same schedule in the off season, so that’ll be good.” Share It
