Justin Bieber offered hockey contract

Despite the NHL being locked out, there is good news for hockey fans. Justin Bieber has been offered a contract by a AA minor hockey team.

The head coach of the ECHL’s Bakersfield Condors Matt O’Dette said: “We’ve got a pretty young team, so they’re fans of his. I’ve actually heard his music in the locker room a few times. They’re not afraid to admit it. They’ve got a case of Bieber fever. They may be big tough guys, but don’t let that fool you.”

Bieber, who is Canadian, skated with the Toronto Maple Leafs and grew up playing hockey.

Already proving his talents on the basketball court, Bieber was named the MVP at the NBA All-Star celebrity game. Voted on by the fans, Bieber had 8 points, four assists and two rebounds for the West team.
