Raper Bow Wow and comedian George Lopez to bet on Miami Heat LA Lakers Christmas Day game. Bow Wow may not have had a hit in a few years, but he still has the cash to make big bets. Last night, Bow Wow was on Lopez tonight and bet George Lopez $25,000 that the Miami Heat would beat the LA Lakers on Christmas Day. Lopez is a big Lakers fan and wanted Bow Wow to put his money where is mouth was. All the money will go to charity… and no funding Bow Wow’s next album doesn’t count!

Michael Jordan’s sons being investigated for Las Vegas weekend

Michael Jordan’s sons are being investigated for a crazy weekend in Las Vegas. Earlier in the week, Marcus Jordan tweeted:”Last night was stupid… 35k at Haze… Totals 50k something the whole day.. Damn!! Going to the pool again today.. Gotta relax!”

Michael Jordan later had his son remove the Tweet… but as those pestty PSA campaigns always say, once its on the internet, you can never get it back! Now, both MGM Grand, where Marcus Jordan was staying, and Norm Clarke of the Las Vegas Review Journal, ““Heard about it yesterday. We’re looking into it.”

Good thing MJ knows how to handle gambling related scandals!

Shaq dating Hoopz from Flavor Flav’s “Flavor of Love”

Shaq’s new girlfriend is the former winner of Flavor Flav’s looking for love reality show “Flavor of Love.” But more recently, Nikki “Hoopz” Alexander (how fitting that she is now dating a basketball player) was on another VH1 reality show “I Love Money” (how fitting that she is dating Shaq).

Despite already being part of the VH1 family, it is unlikely that Hoopz will join the cast of “Basketball Wives.”

Derrick Rose gets his own Skittles machine

Wrigley, the Chicago based candy company, gave Chicago Bulls star Derrick Rose a pretty sweet gift. Rose is a Skittles junkie and was given a customized Skittles machine. Wrigley has promised to keep it fully stocked for the next three-years. When Rose walks passed the Skittles machine, a recording of Rose’s voice plays tempting him to have a pack. I bet Lamar Odom is angry he doesn’t have one!
