Cristiano Ronaldo’s son have been pictured for the first time. The pictures were taken when Ronaldo’s mother Dolores Aveiro and her boyfriend Jose Andrade were taking care of the baby while Ronaldo was on vacation in the United States. Ronaldo announced his son was born on July 3 after Portugal was eliminated from the World Cup.
Cristiano Ronaldo Jr was born in the U.S on June 17 and will be raised solely by his father with the help of his family. Many have speculated that the baby was conceived via a surrogate.
Carmelo Anthony and Lala Vazquez were not the only celebrity sports couple to get married this weekend. American Idol winner Carrie Underwood married Ottawa Senator Mike Fisher. The couple tied the knot at the Ritz Carlton Reynolds Plantation in Greensboro, Georgia. Mr. and Mrs. Fisher have not released wedding pictures yet but reportedly sold them to People Magazine for $2 million. In the meantime, paparazzis caught the couple on their way to their honeymoon in Tahiti and Bora Bora. 
After 64 matches, Spain won its first World Cup title beating the Netherlands, 1-0. The lone goal came from Spain’s Andres Iniesta on a pass from Cesc Fabregas in the 116 minute. It was Iniesta’s second goal of the tournament. The 1-0 win was the fourth consecutive game Spain won 1-0 and broke the Netherland’s 25-gam unbeaten streak. 14 yellow cards were handed out in the game including a controversial drop-kick by Netherland’s De Jong to the chest of Spain’s Alonso. Netherlands struggled in passing, completing only 69 percent. Spain becomes just the eighth country to win a World Cup title, congrats Espana!
After a brief stint with Smashing Pumpkins frontman Billy Corgan, Jessica Simpson has come out of jersey chasing retirement. Simpson is dating former NFL player Eric Johnson. The two have been publicly linked since June and celebrated Simpson’s 30th birthday aboard a yacht in Capri.
