Yesterday at Miami Heat’s media day, LeBron James once again told his haters to beware. LeBron told Rachel Nichols, ESPN reporter, he keeps a written list of anyone who has criticized him for his “decision” to go to Miami. Back in August, LeBron told the Twitter world that he is keeping a tally of his haters, but a written list? One can only wonder if LeBron is on Santa’s naughty or nice list.
Many NBA sources speculate that LeBron James left Cleveland because teammate Delonte West had an affair with his mom, Gloria James. LeBron was allegedly furious when he found out about the hanky panky that went down at his own MVP party.
West also left Cleveland this off season and signed with the Boston Celtics and will be suspended for the first 10 games of the season for a convicted weapons charge.
It was media day for the Boston Celtics, and reporters asked West if there was any truth to the rumors. West responded: “I come from an era where you don’t say nothing bad about someone’s parents.”
… that still doesn’t answer the question, but sure does make things interesting!

Orland Magic star and former Duke shooting guard JJ Redick has plans to release a rap album by the end of the year. Redick has been collaborating with Magic teammate Ryan Anderson. The duo have named their rap group James Clay. The name is derived from Anderson’s middle name James and Redick’s middle name Clay.
Redick first came on the rap scene in October 2009, when he shared his aspirations to release a rap album by the end of 2010. When asked about the pending album, Redick told a reporter, “The beat is sick man. It will get your head nodding.”
Redick has had a busy off season. Not only has he been writing for his new record, but Redick got married back in June.
Now Redick may not look like a rapper, but whoever said white man can’t jump?

Congratulations Savannah Brinson. LeBron James proposed to his longtime girlfriend, highschool sweetheart and mother to his two children. The engagement went down last night, and Savannah texted friends saying, “I’m going to by Mrs. James. He proposed” (sic).
Last month, Savannah gave a rare interview to Vanity Fair about her relationship with James. It is Mrs. LeBron James talked about how she doesn’t put pressure on getting married and how she was not excited about LeBron’s “decision” to go to Miami.
