Kristin Cavallari Jay Cutler engagement NOT back on

Despite a report in Life & Style that Chicago Bears quarterback Jay Cutler’s engagement to Kristin Cavallari was back on, the reality star is denying the rumors.

Cavallari told Billy Bean of Access Hollywood, “I’d be wearing my ring if that was the case.” The couple are however back together after ending their engagment in July.

A souce told the magazine, ”Kristin is over the moon with happiness. She’s already told her friends that the engagement is back on. They haven’t set a new date yet.”

This is not the first story Cavallari is denying that Life & Styleis reporting. Last week, the tabloid claimed she had an “affair” with Kourtney Kardashian’s boyfriend Scott Disick.

Unfortunately, engagement rumors are not the only thing Cutler has to worry about. In Sunday’s Bears game against the San Diego Chargers, Cutler broke his thumb and was broken and is expected to be sidelined for 6-8 weeks. Sounds like two thumbs down to me…

Bills Kirk Morrison pays big for Twitter handle

Will the real Kirk Morrison please stand up? After a number change when Kirk Morrison was traded from Oakland to Buffalo earlier this year, the veteran linebacker wanted to change his Twitter handle from @KirkMorrison55 to @KirkMorrison… only problem was 20-year old Canadian student Kirk Morrison was already tweeting under @KirkMorrison.

How much was the Twitter handle worth to Morrsion? How about an all-expense paid trip for two to Buffalo, ticket to a Sabres-Flames game on Friday night, meeting Morrison at the Buffalo team hotel, tailgating with Hall of Famer Jim Kelly, and getting on the field for pre-game warmups before the Jets-Bills game.

After the festivites, Kirk Morrsion told the Regina Leader-Post, ”Back to reality, I guess. I have classes (Monday) afternoon that I need to be at. But we’re already talking about going back. We had such a great time, met so many amazing people and made a new friend in (Kirk Morrison). We’re definitely going back … we’re Bills fans for life.”

Buffalo Bills player scores touchdown and gives football to cheerleader girlfriend

Somethings don’t change much after high school… Buffalo Bills player David Nelson scored a touchdown and gave the ball to his cheerleader girlfriend on the Dallas Cowboys. Unfortunately, it would be the only touchdown for the Bills who lost, 44-7 to Dallas.

Ben Roethlisberger donates police dog

Ben Roethlisberger has been accused of sexual assault on two separate occasions, but the guy has gotten me a lot of points for my fantasy football team, so here is a story how the Pittsburgh quarterback is donating training and equipment for a police dog in Norwood, Ohio.

The Steelers quarterback went to college at Miami University outside of Cincinnati and is giving back to the community. Ironically enough, the Steelers play the Cincinnati Bengals this Sunday but don’t expect support from Who Dey Fans, Lt. Ronald Murphy of the Norwood Police department told WXRC “It is a nice thing. Steeler week. I’m not a fan of the Steelers but I am a fan of Ben Roethlisberger this week.”

The police dog will complete training at the end of next year and will be used to sniff out suspects and drugs. The cost of the program for a police dog is about $7,000. Is this enough to get him out of the dog house?
