James Beasley Jr. is a Tennessee Titans season ticket holder who was called to jury duty. During the selection process, Beasley told the judge that he could not serve because he was worried that the trial would interfere with the Titans season. Although Beasley was honest, the judge didn’t buy it, telling Beasley that he had many friends who would be glad to use the tickets. The judge even added: “And if you are on this jury, I’ll make sure to have the game on.
Did we mention that the trial was for murder. In the fan’s defense, there are only 8 home games a year, NFL season tickets are expensive.

Hank Baskett, NFL receiver but best known for his marriage to Kendra Wilkinson, was released form the Philadelphia Eagles on Tuesday. But Baskett was not without a job for long because he signed with the Minnesota Vikings today after the team failed to trade for San Diego Chargers receiver Vincent Jackson.
The Vikings were in need of a receiver, and Baskett started his career in Minnesota. Baskett signed as a rookie undrafted free agent in 2006 out of the University of New Mexico
This is the second time Baskett has been released by the Eagles. After being released by Philadelphia in 2009, Baskett went on to play for the Inianapolis Colts where he was involved in a controversial slip up in Super Bowl XLIV.
Baskett and Wilkinson have their own reality show on E! Good luck in Minnesota Hank, but Thejerserychaser.com says to keep your day job!!

Congratulations Savannah Brinson. LeBron James proposed to his longtime girlfriend, highschool sweetheart and mother to his two children. The engagement went down last night, and Savannah texted friends saying, “I’m going to by Mrs. James. He proposed” (sic).
Last month, Savannah gave a rare interview to Vanity Fair about her relationship with James. It is Mrs. LeBron James talked about how she doesn’t put pressure on getting married and how she was not excited about LeBron’s “decision” to go to Miami.
