Things are heating up in the divorce between Tony Parker and Eva Longoria. Over the weekend, Parker filed for divorce in Texas even though Longoria already filed earlier in the week in California. Parker is upset with Longoria for telling the world that he cheated with former teammate’s wife Erin Barry. Parker has filed for divorce in Texas because he does not want his estranged wife to get any spousal support in the divorce settlment.
During this difficult time, Longoria has leaned on friend and fellow jersey chaser Victoria Bekcham. The former Spice Girl who is married to David Beckham has even invited Longoria to spend the holidays with her and her family to keep her mind off of things.

Real Housewives of Atlanta star Kim Zolciak, best known for her hit single Tardy for the Party, is pregnant with Atlanta Falcons player Kroy Biermann’s baby. The couple announced the news to Life & Style. Zolciak told the magazine, “I was surprised! While it wasn’t planned, God clearly has a bigger and better plan for us and we’re excited.”
The couple have been dating since May of this year, but news of Zolciak’s pregnancy leaked back in October.
“I was appalled and disgusted by that,”Zolciak said. “I wasn’t through my first trimester — you never know what could happen.”
On the show, Zolciak had a very public romance with a mystery man and married sugar daddy she referred to as “Big Poppa.”Zolciak and “Big Poppa” were linked together as recently as March, but now plans to get married to Biermann.
“I definitely don’t want to get married while I’m pregnant,” Zolciak added. “But I can see myself marrying Kroy in the future.”
Biermann is only 24, while Zolciak is 32 and has two daughters from a previous marriage
“I’m the happiest I’ve ever been. He makes me a better person. I love everything about him,” Zolciak said.
Brett Favre had adamantly denied sending former NY Jets sideline reporter Jenn Sterger inappropriate sext messages back in 2009. The NFL is now using electronic forensics to determine if he is telling the truth. The story has dominated the sports headlines and prompted an NFL investigation. For weeks, Sterger refused to meet with the NFL, but earlier this month Sterger was interviewed by league officials and turned over SIM cards and phone records. The NFL has take the “substantial material” and relying on advanced technologies.
According to the NY Daily News, electronic forensic are being used to determine if the sext messages were sent from Brett Favre’s phone. Depending on the outcome, Tony Parker may decide to use the same excuse.

Tony Parker has filed from divorce form Eva Longoria in Texas. The news comes just days after Parke released a statement saying, “I did not file for divorce in Texas and did not hire divorce attorneys in either Texas or California… We plan to continue to keep our discussions of this matter private.”
Longoria filed for divorce in Los Angeles on Monday, and now that Parker has filed himself has set up a legal battle over where the case will be heard. The couple married in France on July 7, 2007.
Originally, the couple signed a prenup but revised it in 2009. According to TMZ, Parker language in his divorce papers conflicts reports of a prenup. In the divorce document Parker wrote, “Petitioner believes Petitioner and Respondent will enter into an agreement for the division of their estates.”
