Tonight LeBron James will return to the city he betrayed, as the Miami Heat take on the Cavaliers. Even with LeBron’s all-star supporting cast, the Heat have a dismal 11-8 record. It sure hasn’t turned out the way LeBron imagined it would when he signed with Miami this offseason, but the wound is still fresh for Cavs fans. In the name of sportsmanship and NBA commissioner David Stern’s tight ship, the Cleveland Cavaliers have banned fans from wearing any offensive T-shirts or apparel about LeBron James or his family. No word yet if this includes any Delonte West references ;)

LA Dodgers owners Frank and Jamie McCourt filed for divorce in 2009 and have been battling over ownership of the team since. Yesterday, in a court hearing, the coupled failed to agree on a property settlement. An LA Superior Court judge gave the McCourts until yesterday to accept a settlement proposal.
While Frank McCourt agreed to the proposal, Jamie McCourt did not. The case now goes to a new judge Scott Gordon, who will decide the fate of the Dodgers next month.
Jamie McCourt was fired by her estranged husband as CEO of the team last October. Frank McCourt argues that his ex-wife gave away ownership of the Dodgers when she signed a division of property agreement during their marriage.
Eva Longoria has had a tough month, not only is she getting divorced from San Antonio Spurs all-star Tony Parker, but she found out he was having an affair with former teammate Brent Barry’s wife Erin Barry.
