If you didn’t get your Metrodome Whoopee Cushion for Christmas don’t worry! The St. Paul Saints, a minor league baseball team, will be handing out Metrodome Whoopee Cushions to the first 2,5000 fans on May 14. Via the Saints’ website:

Way to go Yankees fans! Future Hall-of-Famer Cliff Lee turned down a six-year $132 million contract from the New York Yankees to take between $34-50 million less by singing with the Philadelphia Phillies. The reason? An incident stemming from this year’s playoffs when Yankees fans spit on Lee’s wife and threw beer on her when New York played the Texas Rangers.
Kristen Lee was outspoken about the incident. Back in October she told the Huffington Post: “The fans did not do good things in my heart. When people are staring at you, and saying horrible things, it’s hard not to take it personal.”
That’s one point for #TeamJerseyChaser. Remember Yankees fans…. happy wife, happy life!
Congratulations to New York Yankees outfielder Nick Swisher and actress Joanna Garcia. The couple were married in front of 375 guests in Palm Beach, Florida. It was a star-studed event with A-Rod, Johnny Damon, Lance Bass and fellow jersey chaser Cameron Diaz in attendance. Jamie Lynn Sigler and Reba McIntyre were bridesmaids.
The “Better With You” actress and Swisher were engaged in May. Congratulations to the happy couple… maybe a Jersey Chaser of the Month title is in Garcia’s future?

LA Dodgers owners Frank and Jamie McCourt filed for divorce in 2009 and have been battling over ownership of the team since. Yesterday, in a court hearing, the coupled failed to agree on a property settlement. An LA Superior Court judge gave the McCourts until yesterday to accept a settlement proposal.
While Frank McCourt agreed to the proposal, Jamie McCourt did not. The case now goes to a new judge Scott Gordon, who will decide the fate of the Dodgers next month.
Jamie McCourt was fired by her estranged husband as CEO of the team last October. Frank McCourt argues that his ex-wife gave away ownership of the Dodgers when she signed a division of property agreement during their marriage.
ESPN sideline reporter Samantha Steele is engaged to Minnesota Viking QB Christian Ponder earning her the honor of December 2012 Jersey Chaser of the Month. Share It
