Hawks leave tickets for Orlando’s Jameer Nelson in Chicago

The NBA playoffs are the hottest tickets in town in Chicago, but there were two noticeable empty seats last night at the United Center for Game 1 of the Orlando Magic- Chicago Bulls second round matchup. Just before the end of the regular season, the Bulls and Magic faced eachother. After the game, Orlando’s Jameer Nelson was caught on camera telling Bulls’ Derrick Rose, “I’ll catch you in the second round.” But Nelson ran into one small road block, the Atlanta Hawks bounced the Magic in the first round.

Luckily, the Hawks were there to help Nelson out by leaving two tickets in his name at will-call at Chicago’s United Center. Head of Atlanta Hawks PR Arthur Triche tweeted, @HawksPRGuy, “Taking a page out of [former NFL coach] Jerry Glanville’s book, I think I’ll follow through on Jameer’s request to catch Derrick Rose in the 2nd round.”

While the tickets were not claimed, in Nelson’s defense they were in the 300 section!

Rihanna and Ciara in a Twitter fight over LeBron James

It all started when Ciara was on the guest panhel for E!’s Fashion Police when she sold out Rihanna saying she ran into her at a party and wasn’t very nice. The fued boiled over onto Twitter when Rihanna responded by tweeting, “My bad Ci, did I forget to tip you.”

The two exchanged heated tweets back and forth, but it isn’t the 140 characters that has everyone talking… but the reason behind the fight. At the NBA All-Star game, Rihanna snubbed Ciara after the Goodies singer tried to get into the VIP section of LeBron James and Jay Z’s Two Kings Party. Ciara has been linked to LeBron in the past, and Rihanna called out the singer for being disrespectul while LeBron’s fiance and former jersey chaser of the month Savannah Brinson was there. Savannah and LeBron are high school sweet hearts and have two sons together. In the past LeBron has been accused of being unfaithful, but not if Rihanna has anything to say about it!

Kevin Garnett refuses to give ball boy autograph has “better chance of catching bin Laden”

It seems Boston Celtics Kevin Garnett takes the LA Lakers-Celtics rival a little too seriously… during Sunday’s match-up at the Lakers’ Staples Center, Garnett turned down a ball boy when asked for an autograph saying, “You’ve got a better chance of catching bin Laden.”

Garnett’s remarks were reported via Twitter by ESPN’s J.A Andande and Yahoo! Sports Marc Spears but were later deleted because of the mass amount of people retweeting the posts.

The Lakers lost to the Celtics, 109-96. As for the ball boy, he should’ve tried asking Matt Damon for an autograph, who was in the stands watching.
